New Year new range

Happy New Year everyone! Sorry it's a little late and I haven't posted since November, but I have been soooooo busy with some new items. New Year's resolution? Definitely to post more often!

Weather has been freezing and just right for being cosy indoors and doing some crafts. We had a lot of snow (well a lot for us!) and ice as I expect you all did, here is one picture of our front garden from the first lot of snow! Little one had so much fun making snowmen, as did most kids in the area so it was hilarious to see all the different shape snowmen everywhere!

So, to make you feel that Spring is on the way, here is my new range which is called English Roses and Tea Partys. There's a selection of buntings, crochet garland and cushions.

The crochet garland and cushions above were made for friends of Little one for Christmas presents. The caravan pillow was an idea I had after seeing a lot of freehand machine embroidery. It was featured on Kirstie's Homemade Home but is not as easy as it looks and you need to watch your fingers with the needle! But it's definitely worth a try. This is my kind of interpretation of it.

This is my favourite, the Roses Union Jack cushion. There is bunting to match which I can personalise.

Here is the Crochet Garland, which I wrapped around a card so it was easier to wrap up. It was loved very much by the recipient.

Hope you like all my new Goodies! I am having a sale in my Etsy shop next week, it's the Uk Silly Sale on Etsy. I have tagged all my sale items with the name Silly Sale. My items are either half price or 20% off. There are quite a lot of Uk Etsy sellers involved so you may find a great bargain!

Well hello there, sorry for not posting for a while, I have been trying to come up with new things to make and it's been difficult to say the least! Why is it when you have time to create you just cannot think of all the ideas that you had when you were too busy to make them? What I have been working on is some designs for little pillows. I have so many pieces of Cath Kidston and Laura Ashley fabric left over from making bunting, I put them together to make these cushions. They are all appliqued and hand embroidered.
This one has 'Once Upon A Time There Was A Beautiful Princess' hand embroidered around it, I'm so pleased with how it has turned out, the muted colours and look of it.
